I use it for my short daily bike rides. I don't put it in the dryer.
The warmth around my neck is my personal highlight. As soon as I'm back inside, I turn the heating off. That saves me a few extra layers of clothing. The lowest setting is usually enough for me, the highest is often too warm. It's ideal for walking the dog, especially on cool mornings. I only use the highest setting briefly.
